'Eyes to the Skies!' The success of the Blimp Spotters Brigade depends on world citizens and their keen powers of observation. Only with sufficient intelligence-gathering will the BSB gain the extensive database it needs to discern a pattern in blimp appearances and movements. Anyone who submits a report will automatically become a volunteer BSB member. The first report earns the honorary rank of Airship Spotter Basic. Instances of extremely detailed and enlightening reports may, at the discretion of Brig. Gen. Abnes Carthen, BSB commander-in-chief, earn field commissions at higher ranks, including those of officers. The rank of the spotter will be included with each report published. The honor system will be in effect for all reports received. No attempt will be made to verify the details of reports filed by volunteers. Brig. Gen. Carthen has encouraged observers to "wax eloquent" concerning their personal suspicions about the intent of the blimp operators based on the actions observed.
Blimp Spotters Brigade Rank (second and subsequent reports) Describe the circumstances under which you spotted the blimp. Include, to the best of your guesstimation skills, the blimp's approximate altitude and direction of travel, along with any other maneuvers you observed. Please feel free to include your personal suspicions about the intent of the blimp operator. The skies you save could be your own.
